people.
Also known as the honeymoon cave this option is ideal for a couple wishing to get away from every day life. The cave has a number of canvas covered openings which can be opened depending on the weather. At night one can admire the stars from the comfort of the double bed.
The cave faces east resulting in spectacular views of the sunrise and romantic moons. There is also a fireplace inside the cave for those cosy winter evenings. Bring charcoal - due to safety considerations no wood fires allowed. For directions and tariffs please visit the Contact Us page. |
The kitchen area has a full range of cooking and eating utensils.
Facilities include running water, hot shower (heated by a
donkey system), a flush toilet, gas stove,
and sink.
The cave is self catering with bedding supplied but bring own towels. Meals, can be provided on request and firewood and braai meat and fresh home baked bread can be purchased at the farm. Please arrange these when booking. The cave is situated close to the well known and popular Makkedaat Cave and all activities are shared.
